Position Overview
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Women's Health Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Burleigh Heads. If you're dedicated to empowering women with life‐changing knowledge, and love to lead engaging Pilates classes, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You'll manage a diverse caseload, offering expert care and support to help women feel their best, no matter what concerns or life transitions they're navigating — from pregnancy and postnatal recovery to menopause and beyond. Key Responsibilities
* Assess and treat women's health, pregnancy, postnatal, and musculoskeletal clients, including those with complex conditions.
* Develop bespoke, evidence‐based treatment plans using manual therapy, exercise therapy, pelvic floor rehab, and patient education.
* Lead fun and engaging exercise therapy sessions and group Pilates classes that your clients genuinely look forward to. You'll guide them through effective exercises while sharing valuable insights and tips to enhance their health journey.
* Create a welcoming atmosphere in both the clinic and Pilates studio, ensuring clients feel understood, empowered and inspired as they move towards their goals.
* Build strong, positive relationships with like‐minded referral partners to grow our women's health network.

Desirable Qualifications
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
* AHPRA registered.
* 1–2 years of private practice physiotherapy experience with some experience and a keen interest in Women's Health.
* Clinical Pilates teaching experience and/or completion of Pilates certification.
* Postgraduate Training in Women's/Pelvic Health (preferably Level 2 APA) or similar — must be confident to perform vaginal examinations.
* Candidates planning to pursue a career in Women's/Pelvic Health are encouraged to apply even if the courses mentioned have not been completed.
