We're looking for a Senior Solution Designer to join our dynamic BaaS Technology team in either Sydney or the Gold Coast.
In this permanent full-time role, you'll be at the forefront of designing innovative solutions using the Oracle Banking Platform (OBP).
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop solution designs and interface contracts aligned with domain and project architecture.Deliver end-to-end solution designs that align with business goals, architectural patterns, and technology strategies.Design solutions that incorporate changes to services, processes, and operating models.Lead features from requirements gathering through to delivery, using agile methodologies to ensure alignment across teams.Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, vendors, and technology specialists to deliver high-quality, industry-leading banking solutions.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Act as a key contributor in shaping the future of banking through innovative design and technical leadership.What do I need?
Proven experience in mid-to-senior level IT roles, with a strong background in systems development, support and maintenance.Strong expertise in solution architecture, system design, and modern IT practicesAbility to quickly grasp new technologies and apply advanced problem-solving and consultative skillsSolid understanding of financial services environments, applications, and productsExperience or exposure to: Full stack technologiesOracle Banking Platform (OBP)Oracle SOA SuiteCloud platformsAgile and SAFe methodologiesApplication developmentBackground in financial services, personal lending, or application developmentTertiary qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent), with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.We're obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we're looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
