About the Role:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Assistant to join our dynamic and diverse QA Team to support our Production facility at Canning Vale in maintaining high product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring production process through routine visual inspection of the products
* Conduct and record Scale calibration checks, Metal checks, Gas analyzer checks, Air temperature checks, Thermometer verification checks, Label checks, Product assessment etc.
* Record all findings, file daily records systematically for traceability and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
* Complete Black Bag (foreign body) audits.
* Ensure Factory compliance to GMP.
* Working closely with production to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
* Conduct pre-operational and post operational checks.
* Any other duties necessary to ensure the responsibilities of the role are executed.
About You:
* HACCP or Food Safety Training
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Previous Experience in the food industry, such as seafood, meat, or poultry, or in food safety inspection will be highly regarded.
* Good Communication Skills
* Sound understanding of WHS protocols.
* Ability to work well in a team environment in cold temperatures.
* High standards of accuracy and precision
* Results oriented approach, High attention to detail, self-motivated, focused, and reliable.
* High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
