This role involves delivering person-centered services aimed at enhancing participation, independence, and empowering individuals with disabilities to live full, goal-driven lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver contemporary, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and evaluations, for clients presenting with diverse conditions and syndromes.
* Provide independent clinical input into treatment planning and service delivery.
* Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop targeted, meaningful developmental therapy programs.
* Lead the design and implementation of individual and group therapy programs within remote communities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in delivering Occupational Therapy services within the disability sector.
* Ability to develop individualized strategies and clinical management plans tailored to each person's needs.
* Positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility in meeting the evolving needs of clients and the organization.
