During your apprenticeship, you will be provided with mentoring while you complete on-the-job and off-the-job training. We will provide you with ongoing support to help you achieve your career goals.
**What will you be doing?**
Our Host employer creates authentic, wholesome, ethical, and delicious baked goods. Their authentic sourdoughs are leavened (fermented) with a natural, wild culture of yeasts and healthy bacteria. No preservatives or any other additives are used.
You will undertake a variety of tasks, including:
- Prepare dough and baked goods
- Deliver best practice food and kitchen hygiene
- Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Ensure a professional approach to communication and teamwork
You must be team-oriented and passionate about employment in the food industry.
