Our organization seeks a Senior Clinical Risk Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategic plans aimed at enhancing patient safety and clinical risk management systems across our healthcare network.
This key leadership role will oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of various initiatives focused on improving quality, reducing risks, and promoting a culture of safety throughout our hospitals and facilities.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in leading or initiating strategies to enhance patient safety and quality, with a strong understanding of clinical risk management principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing evidence-based policies and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of governance, clinical risk management, litigation, medical credentialing, and incident reporting systems.
* Strategic monitoring and evaluation of service quality improvement and assurance programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
