The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to work in our Myer Macquarie counter
We want to hear from Make Up Artists and Beauty Therapists, who are passionate about makeup and beauty services and working within a luxury environment.
We are looking for people who know how to provide exceptional customer service, build a regular clientele, be a Clarin's brand ambassador and work at exciting events.
This role is approximately 30 hours a week. Weekend availability is a must.
You Have:
* Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy and/or Make Up Artistry Certification is required
* You are a customer service star, always focusing on the customer and their needs to deliver a memorable and enjoyable experience
* Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results and provide excellent customer service
* Digitally Savvy, using our iPads to capture customer data, send out communications, and to use as a training tool
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
* Comfortable using touch to demonstrate our luxury products to our customer base
* Ability to work well within a team and towards KPIs
