About the Role
As a Centre Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of your OSHC service, support a team of passionate Educators, create meaningful programs, build strong community relationships and ensure quality care after school.
You'll work across split shifts Monday to Friday:
Before School Care: 6:30am – 8:50am
After School Care: 3:05pm – 6:30pm
Total hours per week: 38 (including admin time)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of an OSHC service.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs.
- Build positive relationships with families, schools and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with NQF, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets and service administration.

Qualifications
- A valid WA Working With Children Check.
- A National Criminal History Clearance Certificate (issued from the Dept of Education) valid within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain).
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Any relevant diploma qualification (ACECQA Approved) will be considered for this position.
- Mandatory Child Protection Training Certificate.
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Rights to work in Australia.
- Leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood settings.
- Knowledge of NQF & "My Time, Our Place" framework.
- Strong communication & organisational skills.
Previous OSHC Centre Manager experience is preferred but not essential for this role.
