We're supporting a leading international law firm with the appointment of a Practice Support Coordinator in their Perth office. The role provides administrative and coordination support across matter management, documentation, billing and general team support.
You'll handle matter openings, engagement letters, AML processes, diary coordination, client and lawyer scheduling, billing drafts and reporting. The role also supports document production and business development materials. This is a fast‐paced environment suited to someone who works well with competing priorities and enjoys being across the detail.

We're looking for someone with minimum 1‐2 years experience in a support role in legal or professional services, strong organisational skills and confidence managing deadlines. You'll be comfortable working at pace, have solid Microsoft Office skills, and enjoy supporting lawyers with both administrative and document‐based work. Litigation experience is helpful but not essential.
