Flanco is seeking an experienced
Workshop Coordinator
to take the lead in managing our Kalgoorlie-based warehouse and workshop operations. This is a hands-on role for a local professional who thrives on organisation, efficiency, and teamwork.
What you'll do
Oversee day-to-day workshop and warehouse operations
Manage equipment servicing, maintenance, and calibration
Coordinate vehicle upkeep and site logistics
Liaise with suppliers, site teams, and project managers
Keep things running safely, smoothly, and on time
What you'll bring
Solid experience in workshop or warehouse coordination
Strong organisational and communication skills
Forklift licence (essential); HR licence and mechanical know-how a plus
Local Kalgoorlie knowledge and pride in your work
