Dreamworld's Entertainment team are looking for Audio Visual Show Technicians to join the team on a casual basis to assist with general Audio Visual Show Technician duties.
Throughout the role you will support all park audio visual requirements, providing quality and reliable AV services across both Dreamworld and WhiteWater World.

Audio Visual Show Technician Casual:
We are looking for applicants who have:
* Demonstrated industry experience in relevant Show Technician/Audio Visual roles
* Sound technical knowledge across audio visual systems including but not limited to sound desk operation (input patching, output routing (FOH, Aux, Bus), EQ, Gain, Compressors and limiters/Gates), Artnet DMX control and lighting programming
* Strong trouble‑shooting and diagnostic skills to find faults with electronic equipment to component level
* Familiarity with network/IP programming for Bose, Dante and Mac computer, network OSC/UDP messaging
* The ability to work autonomously, under pressure and prioritise effectively in an environment with competing demands, multiple objectives and with minimal supervision
* Ability to perform a range of tasks to support external event operations including but not limited to assisting with bump in/out tasks in relation to Dreamworld Night Market
* Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated commitment to safety and service excellence
* Current open drivers' license (elevated work platform/ forklift license desirable)
Flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend, late night work and public holiday hours will be required with the role.
Due to the nature of this role, good physical dexterity and the ability to perform physically demanding work tasks is required including working at heights and with electrical equipment.
