Join Our Digital Transformation Journey! SAP Specialist Wanted
SAP Specialists – Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Sales, and Production Planning. Reports To: Systems Solution Lead.

We’ve recently invested in major IT advancements, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Salesforce, and SuccessFactors, and we are now expanding our team to support the next stage of our digital transformation. We are seeking SAP Specialists with expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse/Distribution, and Sales to help drive system adoption and business process improvements across all our Australian operations.
About the Roles
- Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and adoption activities across the Digital Transformation program
- Supporting business teams through Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-deployment projects
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external system integrators to ensure a smooth rollout of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and related platforms
- Documenting and embedding new business processes aligned with SAP best practices
- Acting as floor support during site rollouts to ensure successful transition and knowledge transfer
Please note, Australia interstate travel may be required before, during, and after projects for system go-live.

What You Bring
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related (Graduates from AU Universities are invited to apply)
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules (FICO/PP/SD/MM/IM-EWM)
- Exposure to SAP BTP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, or data migration/integration is highly regarded
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Business process expertise to optimise efficiency and adoption
- Experience in the food industry is preferred but not essential
