We are seeking a highly organised and collaborative professional to lead the daily operational logistics at our unique Howqua campus. As the Director of Operations – Howqua Campus, you will play a key role in supporting staff and students through effective scheduling, including the coordination of casual relief teachers. This is a pivotal position at our Howqua campus, and would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to fostering smooth campus operations.

Ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate a commitment to Lauriston's school values –Engagement in Life, Intellectual Curiosity, Courage, Creativity, and Relationships
- Hold a teaching qualification, with relevant experience in operations/scheduling
- Demonstrate exceptional ability to manage complex scheduling, maintain accurate records, and coordinate daily operations efficiently.
- Be able to liaise professionally and empathetically with staff, students, and parents, maintaining clear and timely communication across all levels of the school community
- Work effectively as part of the Howqua team, contributing to a positive and solution-focused culture
- Respond to daily challenges, such as staff absences or timetable changes, with composure and flexibility
- Have demonstrated experience and be comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication, with a proactive approach to improving systems and processes
- Have knowledge of staffing logistics, external testing coordination (e.g., NAPLAN), and duty rosters.
