**Human Resources Manager Job Description**
We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our corporate office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and be able to work effectively with senior leaders and executives to achieve strategic objectives.
The role involves developing and executing HR strategies, managing employment activities, and working closely with the Corporate Affairs team. You will also be responsible for implementing and managing remuneration and benefits practices, and supporting the Board and leadership in succession planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to demonstrate good knowledge of contemporary best practice across the employee lifecycle.
1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our goals and objectives.
2. Manage employment activities, including recruitment, job sizing, and employment contract advisory.
3. Work with the Corporate Affairs team to develop effective communication and messaging globally.
4. Implement and manage remuneration and benefits practices, and manage the annual remuneration cycle.
5. Support the Board and leadership in succession planning and develop fit-for-purpose development activities.
