Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in mental health services, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide support to the Service Manager in the delivery of safe and high-quality mental health recovery and rehabilitation services.
* To lead staff management, triage and intake oversight, and champion recovery-focused practices.
* To work closely with the service team to achieve service outcomes and comply with funding accreditation body requirements.
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in mental health, community services, or a related field.
* Experience in mental health or community services, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
* Knowledge of mental health recovery-oriented practice and person-centred care.
* Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver service outcomes on time and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience leading or managing mental health or residential services.
* Comprehensive understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
