Job Overview

We're looking for skilled professionals in various heritage roles across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth, including:

* Heritage Consultants
* Senior Heritage Consultants
* Associate Directors – Heritage
* Archaeology Consultants (Casual and Permanent)


Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

* Conducting heritage assessments and preparing conservation management plans
* Developing and implementing heritage impact statements
* Leading and managing heritage projects from inception to completion
* Providing expert advice on heritage conservation and adaptive reuse of historic buildings
* Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success
* Mentoring and developing junior team members (for senior roles)
* Conducting archaeological assessments and fieldwork (for archaeology roles)


About You

We're looking for individuals who possess:

* A strong understanding of heritage conservation principles and legislation
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Proven experience in heritage assessments and conservation planning
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Leadership and mentoring skills (for senior roles)
* Passion for preserving cultural heritage and uncovering historical insights (for archaeology roles)
