Position Overview We are seeking a passionate Diploma Room Leader to join the team at our Box Hill Centre. This is a hands on, on the floor role where you will lead a room, mentor educators, implement high quality programs, and support children’s growth, curiosity, and development. Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of educators in your room through on-the-floor mentoring and support. Plan and deliver engaging, holistic learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child in your care. Build positive relationships with families and support open communication. Collaborate with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to maintain a high-quality service.
