About the Role

As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing live monitoring, coordinating incident responses, and supporting on-ground security operations through advanced surveillance systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems in real-time to identify and respond to incidents promptly.
* Liaise with on-ground security personnel to coordinate responses and ensure the safety of customers, staff, and assets.
* Log and report all incidents, system faults, and operational activities accurately and in a timely manner.
* Perform routine system checks to ensure functionality and address minor troubleshooting tasks.
* Support the execution of emergency protocols including evacuation coordination and escalation procedures.
Requirements
* A valid Safety and Security License.
* A current First Aid Certificate.
* A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all communications and operations.
