About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of digital products including regulated data platforms, web portals, APIs, and our suite Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
This role plays a key part in supporting IVE's strategic transformation - evolving from a campaign execution-based operation to a modern Customer Experience Management professional service for outbound and inbound customer communications.
You'll work closely with our Infrastructure, Development, and Application Support teams to ensure reliability, security, and compliance while driving innovation, CX enablement, and digital maturity. You'll also collaborate closely with our Sales and PMO teams to align product development with client needs, commercial objectives, and delivery excellence across major initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Craft and manage product strategy, roadmap, and performance across multiple digital and communication platforms.
* Coordinate enhancements, maintenance, and compliance initiatives across internal and vendor teams.
* Lead platform optimisation and design customer-first experiences
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align product capabilities with marketing automation, data, customer journey and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) objectives.
* Partner with Sales to support go-to-market activities, solution scoping, and client onboarding, and work with the PMO to ensure effective delivery governance, project prioritisation, and resource alignment.
* Ensure platforms meet Data Privacy and Information Security standards (Privacy Act, Essential Eight, ISO
* Perform light project management and delivery coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
* Oversee risk mitigation, cybersecurity, and incident response
* Drive continuous improvement through feedback, analytics, and innovation initiatives.
What we're looking for
* A hands-on Product Manager who enjoys driving transformation and bridging the gap between technology, business, and customer experience. You understand customer communications and digital communications and system integrations (APIs) and can translate technical capabilities into meaningful CX outcomes.
* 5+ years in digital product management, ideally across SaaS, government, finance, and other regulated sectors
* Strong understanding of data governance, privacy laws and security frameworks (including ISO 27001, ISM, and Essential Eight)
* Proven track record delivering digital transformation at scale
* Experience with CMS, CDPs, CCM (Quadient, Smartcomms, OpenText) and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Braze), CMS (Kentico, AEM), and Intelligent Document Processing (Abbyy or similar)
* Strategic thinker with practical experience in Agile and cross-functional team leadership
* Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across commercial and operational teams - including Sales, PMO, and Technology - to drive cohesive delivery and measurable client outcomes.
* UX/UI optimisation experience with a customer-first lens
