The role will be focused on immersing yourself in the building industry fostering longstanding relationships and identifying/pursuing opportunities within the residential and commercial market.
Roles and responsibilities:
Building and maintaining existing relationships with current clients
Preparing sales proposals
Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Collaborating with admin and management teams
Account management

Proven track record in sales, business development or account management
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, negotiate contracts and close deals
Have the passion and savviness for seeking out recent opportunities
Persuasive sales and marketing oriented nature
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise and time mange yourself
Strong attention to detail especially with presentations
Be a well-developed negotiator with relationship building skills
Sound literacy and numeracy skills
Experience with MYOB, CRM systems or Microsoft office an advantage
Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
Applicants must currently live in Australia, preferably the Shoalhaven region.
This is a full time, on-site role - Monday to Friday.
A driver's licence is required. A white card will be required but can be obtained prior to commencing work.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
