Open for three years and going strong, home to a diverse, engaged team of 25+ legends from all walks of life. You'll be leading the charge on the floor, driving KPIs, managing daily ops, and bringing energy to every shift.

Our **Store Managers** are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Retail management experience.
- A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
