About client Our client is a leading provider of prepaid card programs and digital payment solutions, enabling businesses to simplify disbursements, incentives, and expense management. We partner with corporates, fintechs, and program managers to deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative payment solutions across Australia.The Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially drivenSenior Sales Directorto drive the growth of our B2B prepaid card and payments business. This role is responsible for originating, developing, and closing high-value partnerships with enterprise and mid-market clients across key verticals.You will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, building a high-performance pipeline, and positioning our client as a market leader in prepaid and embedded payment solutions.Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Leadership Identify, target, and close new B2B opportunities for prepaid card programs and payment solutionsBuild and manage a strong pipeline across enterprise, fintech, government, and corporate segmentsLead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholdersAchieve and exceed revenue and growth targetsStrategic Partnerships Develop partnerships with program managers, fintech platforms, and corporate clientsStructure and negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing and revenue modelsCollaborate with scheme partners to identify and develop strategic opportunitiesMarket & Product Positioning Provide market insights to influence product development and innovationPosition our client's solutions across use cases such as:Incentives & rewardsExpense managementDigital wallets & embedded financeInternal Collaboration Work closely with product, compliance, operations, and marketing teamsSupport onboarding and successful launch of new client programsEnsure alignment with regulatory requirements in AustraliaLeadership & Influence Act as a senior commercial leader within the organisationMentor junior sales team members where applicableRepresent our client at industry events and client engagementsKey Requirements Experience10+ years in B2B sales within payments, fintech, or financial servicesProven track record selling prepaid cards, issuing, or payment solutionsStrong network across Australian corporates, fintechs, or financial institutionsSkillsDeep understanding of payments ecosystem (schemes, issuers, program managers), preferably card issuingStrong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilityAbility to translate client needs into scalable payment solutionsExcellent stakeholder management and presentation skillsPersonal AttributesResults-driven with a strong ownership mindsetStrategic thinker with hands‐on execution capabilityHigh credibility with senior client stakeholdersAdaptable in a fast‐growing fintech environmentWhy JoinBe part of a high-growth payments business in a rapidly evolving sectorOpportunity to shape the commercial strategy and market positioningWork with innovative prepaid and embedded finance solutionsCompetitive salary, incentives, and flexible working environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
