**What you and the team will be doing**(training will be given)
- Order entry into SAP
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Booking transport, running reports
- Invoicing and raising credits
- Pro-active follow up as orders progress through the fulfilment process
- General Administration duties
- Occasional Manual handling
**Skills Required**:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently
- Ability to be proactive and problem solve where required
- A strong customer focused work ethic
- Touch typist preferred
- Lots of training and support available
- Punctual and reliable
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook & SAP preferred but not essential
**Working Hours & Wages**
- Permanent Full Time Role $28.50/hr x 40 hrs per week
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (if you would prefer to start at 9am we can accommodate)
- We will occasionally require you to cover the early morning shift between 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Breaks: one unpaid half an hour lunch break
Pay: From $28.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
