We are seeking an enthusiastic Information Technology professional ready to advance their technical skills. The position involves deploying and supporting technologies to support public-facing services for our clients, as well as internal infrastructure that services DCA employees.
Key responsibilities include:
· Network services planning, deployment, and support.
· System Administration
· Security technical controls
· Server and OS Management
· Manage system monitoring
· Documentation of systems
Highly desirable skills and experience include:
· Networks and edge: Enterprise switches, wireless controllers/APs, VPN clients, and firewall/proxy consoles used under change control and mentor supervision.
· Compute and cloud: VMware or Hyper‑V consoles for VM lifecycle and Azure portals for networking basics and health checks, progressing to standard changes.
· Ops tooling: Monitoring platforms, ticketing systems, and versioned documentation/KBs to build evidence and repeatable outcomes while learning.
