To achieve the expected deliverables in this fast-paced environment you will need to have:
Demonstrated warehouse management experience - preferably with exposure to bonded goods
Experience with SAP/inventory management systems
Experience in stock control
Strong people management skills
Explicit and confident communication style
Customer service focused approach to everything you do
Solid computer literacy with experience using SAP and Excel
Keen initiative
Previous retail experience would be highly advantageous
As we're located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate 7 days a week. We are looking for a manager who is reasonably flexible with availability as shifts include Monday - Sunday and in some cases may fall outside normal business hours.
