**Who you will be working with?**

**Duties and responsibilities include**:
- Managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients and providing them with expert insurance advice and assistance
- Developing strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products
- Conducting thorough risk assessments and analysing insurance policies to ensure proper coverage and compliance
- Handling policy renewals and proactively seeking out new business opportunities to expand the portfolio
- Staying up to date on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as underwriters and claims specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery
**We are looking for someone with**:
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
- A proven tract record as an accomplished insurance broker, preferably with experience in managing a portfolio independently
- Strong knowledge of SME insurance products, with specific exposure to locksmith schemes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking to assess risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and meet targets
