I have partnered with a purpose-led, technology-driven organisation operating in the health and wellbeing space, building digital solutions that support people with ongoing, complex needs and improve everyday outcomes
In this position you would be:
Designing and building end-to-end workflows that handle everything from drafting and validation through to approvals and payments, using tools like Email-to-Case, LWCs, Apex Triggers, Batch Jobs, and external REST integrations.
A focus here is also smart case automation: enriching data, enforcing security and privacy checks, and routing work intelligently to help customer service teams move faster and more accurately
