Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking company looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead online sales and marketing initiatives. As a key player in the retail industry, they operate in both the B2C and B2B spaces, with a strong focus on customer-centric strategies.
As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing their online sales and marketing activities. You will lead a small team of digital specialists, collaborating with internal teams such as product leads, marketing, sales, and operations. Your role will involve liaising with external partners, including suppliers and website providers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and implement website upgrades for both B2B and D2C channels.
- Oversee monthly priority messages and product launch communications. Ensure website, app, and online platform connectivity, working closely with the Social Media Officer to optimise organic channels.
- Implement strategies to drive increased conversion, spend, and traffic to our platforms. Lead major sales campaign initiatives.
- Collaborate with various business units for effective platform management.
- Analyse traffic and provide insights for website improvements and marketing strategy effectiveness.
- Collaborate on E-Commerce strategies and system improvement with leadership.
**About you**:
- 6+ years of E-Commerce experience, management experience.
- Proven experience in devising strategies to encourage sales in online stores and B2B platforms.
- Proficiency in managing online activity related to traffic acquisition, attribution modeling, website optimisation, and reporting.
- Experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus is essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
