The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead Monivea Road’s centralised retail procurement function, playing a key role in building and expanding our natural product range across our e-commerce platform. You will develop and execute procurement strategies that support product quality, continuity of supply, and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and deliver procurement strategies aligned to Monivea Road’s growth and quality standards
* Source and onboard natural health and supplement products to build out our retail range
* Negotiate competitive pricing across dispensary's retail range
* Build and manage strong supplier relationships, driving performance and reliability
* Optimise inventory levels and product range across our e-commerce platform
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support product awareness and sales growth
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement or procurement management
* Demonstrated experience sourcing natural healthcare products and retail supplements
* Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and commercial outcomes
* Strong analytical capability, including financial modelling and cost analysis
