This is a rare opportunity to architect and shape a greenfield S/4HANA landscape that will modernise enterprise systems across HR/Payroll, data platforms, integration architecture and core business operations. As the SAP Enterprise Architect, you will define the target-state SAP ecosystem, set architectural standards, and govern design across the program - ensuring a scalable, clean-core aligned environment that will serve the organisation for years to come. What You’ll Be Responsible For Defining the end-to-end SAP enterprise architecture vision and roadmap Owning target-state design for S/4HANA and surrounding platforms Leading architecture governance aligned to Clean Core principles Designing integration strategies between S/4HANA and legacy / non-SAP systems Guiding adoption of SAP BTP, Signavio, LeanIX and emerging AI capabilities (SAP Joule) Managing coexistence strategy, technical risk and architectural decision-making Acting as trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders (C-level engagement) Ensuring scalability, performance and long-term maintainability of the SAP landscape What You’ll Bring (Essential) 10–15 years in SAP architecture roles Proven experience delivering large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs Strong expertise across: SAP S/4HANA architecture SAP BTP SAP Signavio LeanIX Enterprise integration experience (API, middleware, hybrid cloud environments) Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders SAP Enterprise Architect certification or TOGAF (preferred) Environment & Scope Multi-stream enterprise transformation HR/Payroll, data platforms, integration and core ERP uplift Complex legacy environment requiring strong coexistence strategy Hybrid cloud ecosystem Enterprise governance model with architectural runway This is a high-impact role where architectural decisions will materially shape the organisation’s future operating model.
