The successful applicant must have an appropriate tertiary qualification in accountancy, finance, business management, or a relevant discipline. A Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check is also required prior to employment.
Key competencies for this role include Financial Management, Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving. Remuneration is competitive, with $121,107 - $125,679 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of advisors and finance officers in providing specialist financial consultancy services.
* Develop and implement effective budget and financial strategies.
* Advise Executive Directors and senior staff on financial management and budget considerations.
* Coordinate with internal processes and external reporting requirements.
