They have a passion for practising law and pride themselves on being able to assist clients with their legal concerns in a commercial and relatable manner.
The Role The role is to handle standard transactional work including (but not limited to) leasing, sale and purchase of business, company structuring, liquor licensing, IP and gaming.
The role will be largely dealing with property matters as well as business acquisition, company structuring, liquor licensing, IP and gaming.
Due to the broad work mix, we have been instructed that candidates with smaller boutiques who have dealt with a variety of matters are like to have the adaptability and experience set necessary to prosper in the role.
Candidates must also be confident using PEXA, duties online, and handling standard property transactions independently.
Full PD is available on request to suitable candidates.
