You will be responsible for delivering outstanding quality homes across multiple sites that exceed our customers' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Allocation of materials and trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of multiple dwellings
* Manage construction in accordance with contractual arrangements, timelines, and within budget
* Inspect completed work to ensure high standards of quality workmanship
* Ensure construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systems
* Manage Trades compliance with the company Safety Management System and WH&S legislation
* Liaise with customers and council, as required, to provide an unbeatable customer service
* Complete required documentation and paperwork
To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and core values along with:
* 2 years' experience in supervising residential builds preferred
* Excellent work ethic, drive, and enthusiasm
* Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers
* Knowledge of basic methods, practices, tools, materials, and work standards related to building residential homes
* Ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems efficiently
* Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
