The Role
We're seeking a registered Pharmacist located in Coolangatta on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, supporting the development of the staff, and ensuring compliance with inventory, security, and system protocols.
Previous experience with cannabis products is desirable but not needed as we will provide you with industry standard quality training and head office support.
This role is ideally Full Time, but Part Time options will be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Growing and leading a team of pharmacist assistants
* Build and implement systems and processes for the dispensary
* Collaboration with prescribing doctors to optimize patient outcomes
* Attend clinic/dispensary meetings to communicate stock availability
* Educating and consulting with your patients
* Dispensing medications
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications
* Maintaining accurate customer records
* Ensuring compliance with pharmacy guidelines
* Stock ordering and management, ensuring balances are checked and correct
* Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
Candidate requirements:
* Bachelor of Pharmacy
* APHRA registration to practice as a Pharmacist (with no restrictions) in Australia
* Experience working as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy manager in a fast paced environment
* Experience receiving, processing orders, dispensing S4/S8 medications
* Proficiency with Z Software is viewed favourably
* Ability to be trained up on new pharmacy related software to improve efficiencies
* Vehicle
