Clinical Nurse Manager covering the
North and Northeast Metropolitan
Region of Perth and working from two Service Centres in Osborne Park and Kingsley WA.
Clinical Nurse Manager covering the
South Perth and South East metro areas.
These are excellent opportunities for qualified Senior Registered Nurse's with proven leadership and management experience and a strong commitment to ensuring positive outcomes for Silverchain clients in their home. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, supporting and providing education within your team, be the point of escalation for clinical concerns and provide clinical support for continued provision of quality care. As the service is 24/7 this role will be part of the senior RN on-call roster comprised of the Clinical Nurse Managers and Case Coordinators (RN Team Leads) of the service.

What we're looking for
You will be an experienced, multi-skilled Nurse Leader along with: -
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* 5+ years' experience in a clinical leadership role – preferably within a specialist palliative care setting.
* Current WA Working with Children's Check.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, manage and support an interdisciplinary team.
* An understanding of the Scope of Nursing Practice decision making to provide effective clinical advice and supervision.
* A flexible approach together with decision making, negotiation, influencing and advanced problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated understanding of Aged, Community and Health care.
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic and flexible approach.
* Current Australian drivers' licence.
