Job Opportunity
The daily operations of the workshop and job scheduling will be overseen by a skilled professional in this position. A team of technicians and apprentices will be led and supported, with a focus on driving productivity, quality control, and compliance.
This individual will assist with diagnostics, perform customer road tests when required, run Toolbox Talks, manage training, and monitor technician development. Collaboration with advisors and managers will occur to enhance customer service, ensuring warranty and WHS standards are consistently met.
A leadership role is available in a stable environment with clear expectations. The remuneration package includes a strong base salary and incentives.
