Role Overview:
Informatech are seeking a Technical Writer to join the team on a permanent basis. The
Technical Writer
will work as part of a service delivery or project team, accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the functions of the government department and its clients.
Technical Writer shall
* Possess a
Minimum NV1
Security Clearance
* Be
Canberra
based
* Have at least
5 years
Technical Writing experience, ideally in a government environment
* Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for complex technical information, bridging the gap between technical teams and end-users
* Plan, design, and develop various types of technical documentation, including user manuals, online help, tutorials etc
* Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other technical professionals to gather information and ensure accuracy
