Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional to serve as a key support member for our leadership team.
This role will involve undertaking various administrative duties including travel planning, calendar management, operational assistance and events coordination.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative services directly to the General Manager including diary/email management and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and distribute reports, presentations and documents in various formats.
* Maintain and update records in SharePoint and other relevant platforms.
* Offer operational support to all sites within the Southern Region BU as needed.
* Respond promptly to information requests from clients, suppliers, divisional services and project teams.
* Liaise with stakeholders to plan and organise events, workshops and conferences.
* Manage timesheets, expense claims and business cards for the management team.
* Receive and screen incoming telephone calls.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee expenditure and reconcile discrepancies.
* Perform general administration tasks including procurement and IT management.
