What You Will Be Doing
The ideal candidate will provide admin support to the Mackay hire team, engaging with stakeholders and customers. The role requires initiative, self-management, and a vibrant personality.
Key Responsibilities
* Proven experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
* Ability to coordinate and manage contractors on site effectively.
* Experience conducting stocktakes and managing inventory.
* Skilled in processing and managing various types of paperwork.
* Strong communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls.
What You Will Need
* Broad experience in administration, managing all office admin functions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel; must be computer savvy.
