Job Title: Clinical Educator
Develop, maintain and implement training programs that promote high-quality patient care.
* Manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Lead a learning environment via formal and informal training.
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content development and delivery of the Annual Competency training program.
2. Assessment of staff for compliance with National Standards.
3. Development of a training schedule up to 12 months in advance.
4. Identification of staff training needs or areas of risk.
5. Development of tailored training programs for staff needing specific skills and training gaps.
6. Oversee the development of content for the ELMO online training platform.
7. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of staff attendance and assessment.
8. Prepare documents and reports as required for leadership meetings.
9. Strive for staff compliance with clinical and legislative protocols.
Requirements:
* Highly experienced in the patient care industry.
* Able to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Capacity to lead a learning environment via formal and informal training.
* Meet the requirements and qualifications of an ATA.
