Project Coordinator
A unique opportunity awaits you as a Project Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in managing rental requests and top-up hire projects. With excellent client-facing skills, you will collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee incoming rental requests via email and telephone
- Coordinate smaller projects within our ERP system
- Assist with operations, crewing, and logistics coordination for the department
- Ensure efficient administrative processes in the rental ERP relating to equipment availability, project documentation, and project billing
Requirements
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of Rental-specific ERP processes & software systems (Protonic Easyjob a plus)
- Familiarity with the live events or broadcast industry
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Proficient in Microsoft Products (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word specifically)
- Experience in Operations management, Logistics, or Project management a plus
- Ability to work autonomously
