The Reform Team is a collaborative, high performing team that was established to facilitate delivery Monash Health's mental health reform agenda. The team plays a key role in ensuring robust project governance, driving initiatives and building improvement capability related to mental health reform. The team draws on a variety of improvement, project and change management methodologies and engages stakeholders at all levels to lead change and respectfully challenge the status quo.

**What You Need**
- Experience working in healthcare industry and/or healthcare consulting or advisory roles with demonstrated success in leading practice improvement initiatives
- Data and digital literacy skills
- Certification in improvement science/ redesign is desirable
- Project management and/or change management certification is desirable
- Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Australian working rights
