Your attention to detail, strong leadership abilities, and in‑depth knowledge of automotive quality standards will be essential in driving continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001).
* Proven experience in implementing and managing quality programs and driving process improvements.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and motivate a team.
