We are currently searching for an experienced Sales Executive to join our close knit team, based at the Vibe Hotel Melbourne Docklands.
The opportunity:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales- Vic the role of Sales Executive plays an integral part in our National Sales Team. Driving sales for our hotels nationally, exceeding client expectations, delivering on their requirements, and establishing TFE as their company of choice.
What you will be doing
* Building new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships across our hotel portfolio
* Actively sourcing new business through networking, prospecting, and client meetings
* Establishing strong, long‐term partnerships with consortia, travel agents, PCOs, and training organisations
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to continually refine sales strategies
* Representing TFE Hotels at industry events, functions, and trade shows
* Delivering engaging site inspections and client presentations to secure business
About you:
* 2+ years previous sales/business development experience in a hotel environment
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence using MS Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building skills
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, sales‐targeted environment
* Strong presentation skills and immaculate personal presentation
* Outstanding communication skills – verbal, written, and active listening
* A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Unrestricted work rights in Australia, with eligibility to work without sponsorship
