We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Central Admin team based in Homebush!
Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair journey and assist with customer mobility needs.
Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuring an exceptional experience.
Building & maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues)
Fill in onsite when staff are absent or on leave where other stuff cannot cover the gaps.
Requirements:
Strong customer service and sales skills
Problem solving skills & attention to detail
Ability to work in a rapid paced environment & a team environment
Ability to travel between Motorserve sites as required
