Job Details
Open position across Brisbane. Full‐time hours. Jobs are in urban locations and close to public transport: Elizabeth St location. Easy to fill timesheet, on‐time weekly payment, and option for Real‐Time Remuneration.
Responsibilities
* Display intermediate computer literacy skills and the ability to follow a process/script.
* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Process and track orders, and assist clients with transactions and inquiries.
* Work effectively as part of a team environment to achieve own and team objectives.
* Manage time and organise own workload against performance expectations.
* Ensure all administrative compliance requirements, data entry, and an efficient client engagement journey are met.
Requirements
* 1 year of call centre or inbound or outbound call experience is needed to apply.
* Ability to work under pressure in a highly agile and fast‐pace operational environment.
* Solves problems while following a clear set of guidelines and rules.
* Demonstrates resilience and calm when dealing with complaints or challenging situations.
* Professional demeanour with a high level of integrity.
* Experience working in a call centre environment is desirable but not necessary.
