About the Role
As part of the Trade Counter team in O'Halloran Hill, you'll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Deliver parts and products to customers using a company vehicle.
* Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
* Help keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe.
* Provide customer service and information about products.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service and enjoyment of helping customers both in person and over the phone.
* Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate.
* Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
* Clean, valid driver's licence and openness to working various shifts, including weekends.
* Desire to develop a career locally or within our network.
