Part-Time Admin & Sales Support – Flexible Hours

We're a long-established local marine supply business looking for a versatile all-rounder to join our team. This role covers a bit of everything – accounts support, sales assistance, customer service, operations, and even helping with marketing and merchandising.
What you'll be doing:
* Helping accounts with daily admin, invoicing & purchase orders
* Supporting sales with quotes, freight & customer enquiries
* Updating our CRM and sending sales specials/newsletters
* Social media posts & basic marketing tasks
* General office support across the team
* Providing leave cover for other team members when required (which may mean stepping into additional duties or increasing hours on occasion)
About you:
* Admin/accounts or sales support experience
* Confident communicator, organised, and detail-focused
* Comfortable juggling different tasks in a busy environment
* Flexible and happy to pitch in where needed — including stepping up to cover leave
