Enterprise Data Architect Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to join our Core Data Platforms squad and help deliver critical capabilities using Databricks and modern cloud technologies. This is your opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-scale solutions that drive business outcomes across multiple portfolios.
You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, designing end-to-end architectural solutions aligned with strategic goals, while staying ahead of emerging technologies and best practices.
* Define solution architectures across current, transitional, and future states
* Lead the design and integration of Databricks solutions for Core Data Platforms
* Champion reuse, scalability, security, and compliance in every design
* Provide technical leadership to project teams and ensure architecture alignment
* Mentor architects and analysts while collaborating with vendors and partners
* Contribute to architectural standards and continuous improvement initiatives
* Influence IT strategy and technology roadmaps through expert insight
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in enterprise data architecture, ideally within financial services
* Minimum 5 years in IT, with 3+ years in architecture or design roles
* Strong knowledge of Databricks, cloud platforms, data architecture, and APIs
* Experience architecting using cloud-based data platforms
* Background in software design, agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks
* TOGAF certification or equivalent (preferred)
* Excellent communication and consulting skills with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work across multiple squads, balancing business outcomes and technical depth
* Experience with any of the following technologies or environments is highly desirable: AWS, DBT, Fivetran, Redshift, cloud hosting, cloud infrastructure
