This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate to step into a fast-paced, high-volume sales role supporting one of the Illawarra's most dominant performers.
Our client consistently ranks in the Top 3 agents in the Illawarra, with over 130 sales last year and targets exceeding 150 transactions annually. This is not a "watch and learn" role — this is hands-on, high energy, and results-driven.

The Role
Monday to Saturday (with a day off in lieu during the week) you'll be deeply involved in every stage of the sales process, including:
* Manage end-to-end buyer relationships, including enquiries, follow-ups, and database management
* Prospect consistently through warm calls, just sold/just listed activity, and cold calling
* Support and manage sales campaigns from listing to settlement, including open inspections and auctions
* Liaise closely with buyers and vendors to ensure a seamless sales process
* Attend and coordinate appointments such as photoshoots, styling, and building & pest inspections
* Assist in driving a high-volume sales pipeline within a fast-paced environment
About You
* Proven experience supporting a high-performing or high-transacting sales agent
* Confident on the phone, comfortable prospecting, and strong in buyer management and follow-up
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Career-driven, motivated, and hungry to earn
* Holds a Certificate of Registration (COR), with experience using Agentbox, plus a valid driver's licence and reliable car
